I’m taking a shot every morning now and I’m feeling pretty good about it. I’ve heard a ton of different friends recommend drinking warm water and lemon first thing as you wake up… I’ve also heard just ginger and then turmeric and black pepper. I feel like everyone has a different way of making this juice, so I came up with my own. Now, what I didn’t mention is that this is really the base of my shot. Some morning, depending on my mood… I’ll add other ingredients. If i’m feeling like I am….
- Congested: I’ll also add a dash of cayenne pepper
- Needing a little more detox: I’ll add fresh lemon juice and black pepper
- Bloated: I’ll add some fresh lemon and celery juice
